Corptax Ending Support of Internet Explorer 11 (IE11)

As a reminder, CSC Corptax® will stop supporting Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) with the upcoming release of Corptax 2020.4.0. If you are currently using IE11, we recommend that you switch to a Chromium-based browser, such as the newest version of Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. This change allows our products to take advantage of modern web best practices that improve performance and the user experience.

What is changing?

We will no longer test Corptax Web for issues with IE11.

How should I prepare?

  • Switch to a Chromium-based browser, such as Microsoft Edge (version 79 or higher) or Google Chrome.
  • Update your default browser setting to a Chromium-based browser.
  • Work with your IT department for assistance if needed.

Can I continue to use IE11, and what will be the impact to me?

If you continue to use IE11 and experience an issue, test it in a Chromium-based browser. If your issue disappears, then you will be required to move to a Chromium-based browser. If it remains, then please submit a support service request.
