PTMS v12.0 will require Microsoft .Net Framework 4.8 or higher. Additionally, we are moving OpenXML minimum requirements to version 2.9. It is important that your system meets or exceeds the minimum requirements. You may be unable to perform some functions in the system if you are not operating on the minimum requirements.
