Connections will undergo maintenance Thursday, May 31 from 6am – 7am CST. There should be minimal to no interruption. However, should you experience issues during these times, refresh the browser to try again.
This maintenance updates pages to new IP addresses which may need to be whitelisted. If you previously needed to whitelist CSC Connections URLs to access your cases or to submit a support case, you will need to notify your IT team that the URLs and IP addresses are updating.
Please share the following information with your IT team.
These are the URLs that need to be whitelisted for the features and links in Connections to continue working:
- corptax.grazitti.com IP: 44.241.216.120
- cor132007p.searchunify.com IP: 52.41.204.137
If the above URLs are not whitelisted, you may experience issues accessing your cases or submitting a support case in Connections.
