    We have stores and licenses assigned to the wrong enterprise. How can I change the enterprise? My fields are grey not giving me an option. Thanks!

    Hello Michelle,

    I recommend submitting a case to trainer-on-call under the Support tab here in Connections. This way the trainer or support rep can view your data with you to make the update correctly. We also have the full help guide within License Pro with a search feature that will walk through updating records.

Our Licensing Community Page is a great place to connect with others in the Licensing Community and to receive feature updates, highlights and learn more about resources for License Pro users. The fastest way to get answers to your "how to" questions for License Pro is to submit a Trainer on Call case in Connections. We'll reach out to you as soon as possible to help you with your question about changing the enterprise.

    To enter a Trainer on Call case in Connections:

    1. Go to the Support Menu at the top of the Connections homepage
    2. Click on "Submit a Case"
    3. Under Case Type, select "Trainer on Call"
    4. Enter all required fields on the page that populates (indicated by a red asterisk). Product Version can be found at the bottom of your License Pro screen in the dark gray band.
    5. Click on Submit
