Looking for a faster way to link multiple records in License Pro?

Copy and paste links can link multiple records quickly and easily directly from the grid menu. Here's how you can link a license to multiple sites with just a few clicks: 

1.       Select the license you wish to link in the License grid.

2.       Go to the Grid Menu in the top right corner of the License grid and select Edit >> Copy Links.

3.       Go to the Site grid and select the sites you want to link to the license.

4.       Go to the Grid Menu in the top right corner of the Site grid and select Edit >> Paste Links.

5.       Click OK in the panel to link the records.

You'll see the new links you just applied when you refresh the Site and License grids. You can use the steps above to link multiple records together wherever you see the option to copy and paste links in the grid menu!

Trainer Tip: You can also use copy and paste links to assign custom workflow templates to license records. Copy the links of custom workflow templates in the admin center and then paste the links to a license or licenses in the License grid.
