You can use Fill Column as a shortcut to complete renewal steps or fill payment-related fields when working in the Renewals Aux Grid. This command might be a better alternative than copying and pasting data. This feature will copy the value from the cell you select throughout the entire column on the same grid page. To use Fill Column:

1. Locate the cell you want to fill through the entire column. Example: Completed field under a workflow step.
2. Make sure you are not active in the chosen cell. Click on any blank space on the page to make sure your cursor is not active in that cell.
3. Right click on your chosen cell.
4. Choose Fill Column from the dropdown menu that appears.
5. The value you selected will fill throughout the entire column.

Trainer Tip: The cell you select does not have to be the top cell in the column. It can be any cell in a given column. The Fill Column feature is also available in the Completed Date column in the Tasks main grid.
