Do you have "how to" questions for License Pro? We're here to help! Using our resources will save you time and ensure your information is accurate. Here's an overview of training resources that can assist you:
- Self-Study Courses in Connections: These self-study courses are created by our training team and broken out by topic. You can review information like how to complete a renewal in the quick workflow panel, setup groups in the admin center, and manage reports. To access these courses:
- Visit Connections
- Click on the Learn menu and select Training
- Scroll down on the left side of the page to Category and select License Pro
- Under Delivery Method select Self Study
- Help Menu: Help articles are entirely keyword searchable, and key words stay highlighted when you search for a term and open an article. The Help Menu is located in the top right corner of your screen within License Pro.
- Trainer on Call: Want to speak to a trainer about your question? Reach out to us through Connections. To submit a trainer on call case:
- Go to the Support Menu at the top of the Connections homepage
- Click on "Submit a Case"
- Under Case Type, select "Trainer on Call"
- Enter all required fields on the page that populates (indicated by a red asterisk). Product Version can be found at the bottom of your License Pro screen in the dark gray band.
- Click on Submit
